It’s a bird…it’s a plane…it’s Superman
I thought it would be interesting to take a look at the Superman franchise as it pertains to Lego with the latest Superman movie coming to theaters on July 11th.
Overall, Lego is lacking in Superman specific set, spare a few Brickheadz and Comic-con exclusive sets, the man of steel mostly appears in minifigure form with most sets focusing on DC as a whole. I think there is a lot of potential here for Lego to expand the Superman theme with some masks and displayable figures.
Nonetheless, let's take a look at the series thus far.

One Random Thought - “Hi, is this available?”
Have you ever bought or sold Lego on Facebook Marketplace? Or any other item for that matter? I recently started selling Lego on Facebook Marketplace and while I have been able to sell through all the sets I found on clearance, it was not a very enjoyable experience. A majority of the customers have been great, punctual, and easy to work with. However there are a select group people that ruin it for me. They are not easy to work with, expect the world from you, then ghost you. My favorite (sarcasm font) is the pre-fab FB message “Hi, is this available?” then you never hear from the person again.
While I have not purchased any Lego from marketplace, I would imagine the experience would be similar.
Until next time AFOL’s….
